ECO-Sheets™ custom organosheets.

Our exceptionally strong and lightweight ECO-Sheet™ thermoplastic organosheets are available as standard or customized laminates, enabling cost-effective, environmentally friendly advanced composite parts. ECO-Sheet™ organosheets are fully consolidated into structural laminates, and delivered as a flat panel ready to use for compression molding, stamp forming, or injection over molding processes.

ECO-Sheet™ organosheets are also fully customizable to your desired ply count and laminate size and are available with a wide range of uni-directional fiber reinforcement and thermoplastic resin combinations, including hybrid material solutions.  Common fiber reinforcement options include glass, carbon and Kevlar, which are typically combined with PET, PA6, PPS, PEEK, PEKK, PEI (Ultem™) and PVDF resins.

Quasi-isotropic or custom fiber orientation layups are available to maximize part performance and optimize efficiency, ensuring your part can be the lightest possible weight while maintaining structural and mechanical performance parameters. ECO-Sheet™ organosheets can also be used alongside a range of core materials to allow variable part thickness.

Specifications.

Standard panels are uni-directional continuous fiber-reinforced carbon fiber or fiberglass thermoplastics. Custom panels of blended carbon and glass fibers available.
