Matt Christensen joined Oribi in 2016 as VP of Sales and Marketing based out of our headquarters in Denver, CO.  Matt has over 25+ years as an entrepreneurial and analytical senior executive with proven success in building profitable companies within the Hospitality, Consumer Electronics, and Composites industries.  Cultivating a reputation as a versatile business growth strategist with organizations such as the Culinary Institute of America, InFocus, and Planar Systems, Matt has had success in establishing global go-to-market vision, multi-channel strategy and operational objectives based on deep consumer insights and market intelligence. 

As a results-focused executive, Matt has steered a fast-track career to embrace a wide range of responsibilities from product development, global marketing, driving lines of business, and ultimately leading as an Executive Vice President of Sales while building C-level relationships supporting divisions in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.  Over the last ten years, Matt has developed a passion for startup company developments and is an advising board member for several seed-stage organizations in the US.  Bearing strong communication skills, Matt is an accomplished public speaker who has engaged audiences of 500+ attendees.

Growing up in the heartland, Matt’s personal profile is shaped by strong family values, superior work ethic, and an integrity-driven competitive nature.  Matt holds a BSc from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
